I had fun with this book. It’s a cool story with an interesting mix of sci-fi and magic set in an interesting world. Some of the scenarios seemed very similar to the first book, I mean the main character (Spenca) is a loner pilot trainee again, but I still had a good time with the book. My only real beef is the cliffhanger ending. At least it’s Sanderson so I know they will be another book before too long.
